Employees of the Pacific Group of Companies will be rewarded for their safe work record through a
continuing incentive program based upon hours worked without a lost time accident.

The purpose of the program is not to punish those who are unfortunate enough to
incur a lost time accident but to acknowledge those whose efforts to keep our jobsites
safe are sometimes unrecognized.

All hourly employees in the Pacific Group of Companies.

On every pay stub, a column has been set up to track the cumulative hours that the
employee has worked without a lost time accident. If a worker loses time due to a
work related accident, that number is reset to zero. Hours will continue to accrue from
one year to the next provided there is not a lost time accident.

For all employees the start date for this program will be January 1.
There will be no exceptions.

For the purposes of calcualting the hours the cut off date will be the end of the first pay
period in November of every year.

Every effort will be made to include all individual Pacific Group logos on the prizes
when possible. However, when that is not practical, the "Pacific Group" logo will be
used. We feel that it is important for all the divisions to realize that they are part of a
larger "Team".

Regardless of when the hour plateau is achieved, the award will be presented to the
recipient at the company Christmas party (or otherwise announced date) by the
division manager (or alternate). If a lost time accident occurs after the plateau level is
reached but before the November cut-off, no prize will be awarded.

The prizes ordered are exclusive to this program only.

It is our sincere hope that this program will be accepted in the spirit in which it was
intended. We are not out to punish "bad luck" or pay off people to prevent them from
reporting injuries. Our intent is to acknowledge safe work records and maybe inspire a
little friendly rivalry between divisions.
